We accept returns of any item when notified within 14 days of the goods being received.
TWC will cover the return delivery cost if the goods are faulty, not to the expected standard or as described. In such instances we will arrange collection and issue a full refund once we have received the goods.
The purchaser will cover the cost for all other returns such as a wrong product order. Please remember, we can supply free samples to try before you buy!
Please ensure all products are in the original packaging and in good condition when returned.
