- For deliveries under £96.00 there is a £9.60 delivery charge (includes VAT).

- We accept returns of any item when notified within 14 days of the goods being received.
- TWC will cover the return delivery cost if the goods are faulty, not to the expected standard or as described. In such instances we will arrange collection and issue a full refund once we have received the goods.
